Copyright
All prints and digital images that we sell you are protected by copyright law – Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988
We sell you copies of an original image. You do not own the copyright of any of the Prints or Digital Images you buy and they are sold to you for personal use only.
Prints and Digital Images may not be sold, given or in any way transferred to any third party.
The Digital Image files may only be used to create prints for your own personal use.
Other than for sharing on social media, the images may not be published in any way, either in print or electronically.
The Prints or Digital Images may not be entered into any competition.
The copyright of all images remains with mhphotos.
Commercial use is not permitted. Commercial use includes, but is not limited to, publishing in any printed or online publication or website.

mhphotos retains the right to use any images, or parts of images, in any manner, at any time, and in any part of the world, for the purposes of advertising or otherwise promoting mhphotos.
Returns
If you are unhappy with any of the print products you receive from us we will be happy to replace it free of charge within 7 days of you receiving the product. Please email or write to us first to obtain a returns reference number. You must take reasonable care of the product and the product must be returned to us before we are able to replace it.
Our returns process:

We will issue you a returns reference number.
You return the product to us.
We receive the product and send you a new one.

Because all of our products are custom made for you they are exempt from the statutory 7 day cooling off period. This means that you cannot cancel an order for any product after the order has been placed and production has started.
Digital files cannot be returned and refunds cannot be given on these products. If a digital file is defective or corrupt on receipt, please let us know and we will resend the file to you.
