Terms and Conditions
Reels must be prebooked and paid for, in full, at the time of booking. The information we request needs to be provided in as much detail as possible. We may contact you after booking to obtain images of the pony or clarify anything about which we are uncertain.
Reels can be cancelled and a refund requested up to, but not later than, 24 hours in advance of the event class. We understand that plans change and you may have chosen to withdraw from the competition. You must email any changes or cancellations to office@mhphotos.co.uk
MH Photos cannot be held responsible for any early elimination during a competition round impacting the amount of in-ring footage available.
Each reel applies to one pony and rider combination in one class – a reel cannot combine two horses or two classes. A separate reel will need to be purchased for each pony and rider combination.
